Connect customer problems to practical technical solutions throughout evaluation, onboarding, and expansion
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to help prospective and existing customers understand how the platform can fit their workflows. You will combine technical discovery, product storytelling, and close partnership with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and translate customer requirements into clear solution approaches.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations, proof-of-concept plans, and architecture conversations.
- Explain APIs, integrations, security, data flows, and implementation trade-offs accurately.
- Partner with account executives on qualification, proposals, and technical due diligence.
- Bring field feedback back to Product and Engineering with useful context and prioritization.
Requirements
- 5+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, implementation, or full-stack development.
- Strong understanding of web APIs, JavaScript or TypeScript, SQL, and SaaS integrations.
- Excellent presentation, discovery, writing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working with both technical and business audiences in a consultative process.
Nice to have
- Experience with recruiting or HR systems, OAuth, webhooks, and security questionnaires.
- Experience creating small prototypes or technical enablement materials.

- Build a repeatable technical discovery and demo structure for priority use cases.
- Support qualified opportunities with accurate, customer-relevant solution plans.
- Close the feedback loop on one integration or implementation friction point.
